We're Back!
Good news everybody! The Stagecraft Wiki is now back online.
In late August my web hosting providers unexpectedly changed hands, and all of the databases were clobbered. Unfortunately, I hadn't made a backup and all of the content was lost. Bad me, I know. So short story even shorter, backups are your friend.
Feel free to start adding content. You can start by looking at the list of Proposed Articles.
Don't know how to edit a wiki? That's alright, head on over to this quick editing primer and you'll be on your way to writing articles in no time. Head on over to the Sandbox to hone your editing skills.
Invitation
For those of you in the know, the past few years I have been wrestling with creating a community based resource for theatre technicians. Now the same software that runs Wikipedia is being used to manage a wiki for theatremakers, by theatremakers.
For those of you who worry about such things, the wiki’s content is (and will remain) free to all.
Now all we need is a community of technicians to create and evolve the wiki’s content. I invite you to share your cool materials, solutions, and unique perspectives. I invite you to create a valuable resource for theatre technicians everywhere. I invite you to participate.

Matthew D. Jordan
